WHAT THE OWNER SAYS We have only used the lodge a handful of times but we are selling so soon due to an unforeseen change of circumstances. In add ition to being fully furnished we are also including to brand new Smart Televisions, quilts, bed linen, crockery, cutlery and glasses. We have added an outside tap, outside power point and a storage shed to the lodge. Three things that really attracted us to the the park are the use of the lovely Pool Complex (use of which is included in the Pitch Fee), the proximity to the footbridge that leads to the Nature reserve and the pleasant stroll to the beach.

OTHER DETAILS The park is open for 50 weeks of the year. There is no restriction as to the amount of usage during the open times.
